Interpretation of Berlin Zen Temple from the perspective of Eastern philosophy From the perspective of Eastern philosophy, Berlin Zen Temple, as a Buddhist temple with a long history, is not only a symbol of religious belief, but also a manifestation of Eastern philosophical thought. One of the core teachings of Buddhism is "Dependent Origination and Emptiness", which emphasizes that all things are born from the combination of causes and conditions, and are impermanent and selfless. Every brick and tile, every Buddha statue, and every ancient tree in Berlin Zen Temple silently tells this philosophical concept. Zen emphasizes "pointing directly to the human heart and seeing the nature to become a Buddha". The tranquility and solemnity of Berlin Zen Temple provide people with a place to look inward and comprehend the true meaning of life. Here, people can experience the realm of "Zen", that is, to comprehend the essence of life and the truth of the universe in daily life. Interpretation of Berlin Zen Temple from the perspective of Western philosophy From the perspective of Western philosophy, Berlin Zen Temple can be regarded as an Eastern interpretation of existentialism and phenomenology. Existentialism emphasizes individual freedom and choice. In their daily meditation, practitioners in Berlin Zen Temple constantly explore themselves and achieve spiritual freedom through introspection and meditation. Phenomenology focuses on direct experience. The environment and atmosphere of Berlin Zen Temple provide people with an opportunity to directly experience life, nature and the universe, allowing people to transcend daily appearances and directly perceive the essence of existence. In addition, the "natural law" theory in Western philosophy can also resonate in the natural environment of Berlin Zen Temple. Every blade of grass and every tree here follows the laws of nature, showing the power of life and the order of the universe. In summary, whether from the perspective of "dependent origination and emptiness" and the realm of "Zen" in Eastern philosophy, or from the perspective of existentialism, phenomenology and natural law theory in Western philosophy, Berlin Zen Temple provides a unique philosophical perspective, allowing people to explore the meaning of life and comprehend the truth of the universe in tranquility and solemnity.
