Xujia acrobatics is a high-difficulty performance that integrates acrobatics, magic, and circus. It originated in the late 19th century. On the basis of the initial integration of Suining acrobatics and Jianhu Eighteen Troupes acrobatics, it has been inherited and developed by several generations of the Xu family for many years, forming a unique performing art that is very popular with the audience. The training base of Xujia acrobatics troupe is in Shunhe Town, Suyu District, which belongs to Zuoxia Town, Suyu District. The town is located beside the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and is backed by Maling Mountain in the north. Its Suxin Road, Sushu Road, and Susi Road pass through the city. The acrobatics originated from the folk and from life. Farmers can perform and compete in the fields during the slack season, so it is easier to learn and easier to pass on. Its programs can be performed on stage or in the square. Many acrobatics programs can give simple acrobatics skills life emotions, making them more watchable. In the inheritance, the characteristics of southern acrobatics are well reflected, that is, soft, beautiful, and dangerous. The programs are varied, light and soft, graceful, and difficult movements are relaxed. Its programs are rich in content, mainly divided into six categories: somersaults, top skills, strength, skills, hard skills, and soft skills. After years of inheritance and development, Xu's acrobatics has rich and colorful programs, mainly divided into the following eight contents: body performances, balance skills, juggling performances, high-altitude performances, funny performances, imitation skills, magic performances, and qigong performances.
