It is said that "Dabu Axie" was a labor folk song composed by the masses when they were building Zhude Monastery in 1920. The creator was the 8th Dabu Baima Baizan, who wrote more than 30 episodes of the folk production "Dabu Axie" at that time. "Dabu Axie" is not only widely spread in farming and pastoral areas, but also a well-known folk art essence in the whole region. Dabu Axie was approved as a national intangible cultural heritage on June 7, 2008.
