The silver-based cloisonné enamel making technique (Yongsheng enamel silver making technique) is a national intangible cultural heritage. Lijiang is a city with three world heritage sites. When you come to Lijiang, in addition to seeing the beautiful snow-capped mountains and feeling the unique customs and practices of the Naxi people, Lijiang also has a unique ancient craft---enamel craft. The enamel craft was invented by Italian craftsmen in the early 13th century. It was originally a craft used on jewelry and watches. During the Yuan Dynasty, the Mongolian army was particularly powerful and occupied most of Europe at the time. Since the Mongolian army was a nomadic people and lacked craftsmen, the Mongolian army implemented the policy of "only craftsmen can be exempted" and left the craftsmen in the cities they occupied to serve the Mongolian army in making daily life utensils and siege equipment. In 1253, when Kublai Khan and Lijiang Aliang jointly attacked the Dali Kingdom, they stayed in Lijiang for thirteen days, leaving behind some enamel craftsmen and silver-based enamel utensils. The craft has been passed down to the people of Sanchuan Town and Yongbei Town in Yongsheng, Lijiang. Initially in Lijiang, these enamel silver wares were used as tribute to the royal family, so this craft was also called palace craft (at that time it was called the Palace Workshop); slowly it flowed from the palace to the people, was imitated and loved by the nobles, and gradually spread among the people and has been preserved to this day. Dongba culture provides rich and colorful cultural elements for the cultural creativity of enamel craft. "Yuntiangong" combines traditional crafts with modern art, extracts the cultural elements of the Naxi Dongba, and designs and produces one amazing work after another. "Auspicious Ruyi" tea set. Dongba "Auspicious Ruyi" adopts the "Auspicious Ruyi" pattern in the "Dongba Hieroglyphics" of the Lijiang Naxi people, the only living and still in use "Memory of the World Heritage", as the design concept, and uses the "Silver Body Cloisonné Enamel" production technique from the "Fifth Batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Project" of Yongsheng, Lijiang. It is carefully handmade by the national "Chinese National Metal Art Master" - Master Guo Pengru's team under the "Yuntiangong" brand. It means happiness, wishes for good fortune and well-being.
