In the 1986 Second Anhui Province Acrobatics Competition, Linquan acrobatics "Handstand on Horseback" and "Archery on Horseback" won the first prize with full marks; in 1990, Linquan won two of the three first prizes in the Third Anhui Province Acrobatics Competition. In 2005, Linquan acrobatics, magic circus, was listed in the provincial intangible cultural heritage list, and in 2008 Linquan County was named "Hometown of Chinese Folk Art (Acrobatics)", and now the work of applying for acrobatics to be a national intangible cultural heritage is in full swing.
