Su-style rice wine is mostly brewed with glutinous rice, which makes the rice wine taste mellow. It is gentle and gentle, using saccharification and fermentation agents, brewing with malt koji, red wine, etc., and is famous for its "orange-yellow color, clear and transparent, mellow and rich aroma, and pure taste". In terms of production technology, Su-style uses the flushing cooling method. In terms of koji technology, Su-style uses mature koji.
