Lao Zhengxing is famous for its Zhejiang-Shaoxing-style dishes. Zhejiang-Shaoxing cuisine is the abbreviation of Zhejiang Shaoxing cuisine. Shaoxing cuisine is good at cooking river fish and poultry.
