Fanji Braised Meat Shop is located at No. 56, Zhubashi. It was founded by Fan Bingren and his son Fan Fengxiang in 1925, and became a state-owned enterprise after the public-private partnership in 1956. The business area is 35 square meters, with 25 employees. It specializes in braised meat and Baiji steamed buns with meat, with a unique flavor. It is known for its "fat meat is not greasy, lean meat is not oily, the meat is soft without teeth, and the rich aroma lasts for a long time after eating." In 1989, it won the Golden Tripod Award of the Ministry of Commerce. In 1990, the shop represented the catering industry of Xi'an in the Beijing Asian Games Food Festival.
