🎧  Listen to Introduction

The acupuncture therapy that uses fingers instead of needles is derived from folk practice and evolved according to the principle of acupuncture in martial arts. That is, it is to transform the acupuncture technique of martial arts, which is a strong stimulus for attack or defense, into a treatment method that can be accepted by the human body. According to different diseases and conditions, the practitioner uses the power of thought to stimulate the appropriate acupuncture points or specific stimulation lines on the patient's body surface with different techniques such as tapping, pressing, patting, and knocking with his hands. Through the action of meridians, it promotes the smooth flow of qi and blood in the body, so that the functional activities that have been blocked can be restored, thereby achieving the purpose of treating the disease. Chen Rongzhong, deputy chief physician and acupuncture expert of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, the second-generation inheritor of Jia's school, has been practicing medicine for 40 years. He has carried forward tradition and made bold innovations. He pioneered academic theories and treatment methods such as "Ten Methods to Treat Paralysis and Overcome Hemiplegia", "Use Shock to Treat Shock to Treat Cerebral Palsy", and "Lip and Eyelid Stimulation to Treat Facial Paralysis". He is one of the few experts in China who has mastered acupuncture skills and made achievements. He has been received and encouraged by Maurice Strong, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organization, and Chairman Li Peng.
