Lao Feng Xiang's gold and silver fine workmanship (commonly known as ornaments) is an excellent traditional metal handicraft in my country. It is a traditional metal handicraft made of gold and silver as the main materials for indoor display or practical functions. Founded in the 28th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1848 AD), Lao Feng Xiang is a famous gold jewelry brand among the "China's time-honored brands" and ranks among the top ten of the top 100 Chinese time-honored brands. It integrates the essence of China's traditional gold and silver fine workmanship, and has been passed down by generations of people from the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China, and the new China to the present. Among them, various techniques such as lifting, pressing, gilding, gold pulling, wire bending, inlaying and carving are one of the rare intangible cultural heritages and a living fossil that witnesses the development history of China's gold and silver culture. "Lao Feng Xiang's gold and silver fine workmanship" has been included in the "Shanghai Intangible Cultural Heritage List" and is currently applying for "National Intangible Cultural Heritage".
