Guangde County is located in the southeast of Anhui Province, at the junction of eight counties (cities) in three provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, with a population of 515,000. Guangde has a long history and outstanding people. Guangde County was established in the early Jian'an period of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and it has been more than 1,800 years old.
