Philosophy related to the heritage
Interpretation from the perspective of Eastern philosophy: Dong Zhentang's Deeds Exhibition Hall From the perspective of Eastern philosophy, Dong Zhentang's Deeds Exhibition Hall carries the memory of history and the spirit of heroes, and embodies the Confucian "benevolence" and "righteousness". As a revolutionary hero, Dong Zhentang's lifelong struggle and sacrifice are a vivid interpretation of "the benevolent love others" and "righteousness accomplishes things". In the exhibition hall, every exhibit and every text seems to tell the story of loyalty and sacrifice, guiding visitors to think about the relationship between individuals and the country, individuals and society, and inspiring a deep sense of morality and responsibility. Eastern philosophy emphasizes "the unity of man and nature". Dong Zhentang's deeds remind us that the fate of an individual is closely linked to the rise and fall of the country. Only by combining personal pursuits with the needs of the country can true value be realized. Interpretation from the perspective of Western philosophy: Dong Zhentang's Deeds Exhibition Hall From the perspective of Western philosophy, Dong Zhentang's Deeds Exhibition Hall embodies more of the philosophical thoughts of heroism and existentialism. Heroism emphasizes personal courage, sacrifice and the pursuit of ideals, and Dong Zhentang's deeds are the embodiment of this concept. For his beliefs and ideals, he was not afraid of difficulties and was willing to sacrifice. This spirit is regarded as a model of heroism in Western philosophy. At the same time, the exhibition hall also makes people think about the core issue of existentialism-"existence precedes essence". Dong Zhentang defined his own existence through his own actions. The meaning of his life lies not in what he is, but in what he has done. This emphasis on free will and the importance of personal choice and responsibility are important viewpoints of existentialism in Western philosophy. In the exhibition hall, visitors can deeply feel that everyone has the ability to contribute to society and the country and realize their self-worth through their own actions. Through the dual interpretation of Eastern and Western philosophy, the Dong Zhentang Deeds Exhibition Hall is not only a place to commemorate heroes, but also a philosophical space that inspires people to think about the meaning of life, personal responsibility and social value.
