Swan Lake Leisure Tourism Area
Swan Lake Leisure Tourism Area is invested and built by Beijing Diya Investment Management Group. It is located in Wuqing Development Zone, Tianjin, close to Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway, 71 kilometers away from Beijing and 30 kilometers away from Tianjin. It is a large tourist area integrating catering, conferences, entertainment and leisure. Swan Lake Leisure Tourism Area is located beside the ancient Grand Canal and Swan Lake. It is said that when Emperor Qianlong went to the south of the Yangtze River, he stayed here for a rest. The "Diversion of Water to Help Transport" of Emperor Kangxi still remains in the "Zhiju Hall" of the leisure area. In ancient times, whenever the emperor went to the south of the Yangtze River and passed by this place, white swans would fly over the lake, presenting auspicious weather, and the name of Swan Lake came from this. Swan Lake Leisure Tourism Area covers an area of 1,200 mu, of which the lake surface is more than 600 mu. The construction area of the first and second phases of the tourist area is more than 90,000 square meters, which is currently in use. The third phase of the tourist area is under construction (the main structure has been completed), covering an area of 30 mu, with a construction area of more than 55,000 square meters and more than 800 rooms.
Junli Agricultural Demonstration Park
Junli Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park is located in the southern part of Wuqing City, east of the outer ring of the city, north of Yangbei Highway, and the main entrance corresponds to the exit of Beijing-Tianjin Expressway. The total investment of the project is 510 million yuan, the core area covers an area of 1,650 mu, and the radiation drive covers 5,000 mu. It has been built into a first-class modern and efficient agricultural demonstration park in North China that integrates scientific and technological leading agricultural demonstration, efficient facility agricultural production, high-quality fruit and vegetable seedling breeding, tourism, sightseeing, leisure and entertainment.
Tianjin Triumph Kingdom Theme Park
The Triumph Kingdom Theme Park, invested and built by Yuguiyuan Group, is located in the southwest of Wuqing District, adjacent to Yongyang West Road in the south and Beijing-Tianjin Expressway in the north. It covers a total area of about 1,500 acres and has a total investment of about 8.2 billion yuan. It is mainly based on the development concept of integrating large-scale outdoor amusement facilities and indoor water-friendly amusement facilities as the main business format, supporting high-end hotels and catering and other software services, introducing the most advanced and first-class software and hardware supporting facilities, and is determined to build the Triumph Kingdom Theme Park into a super amusement park luxury palace integrating leisure, entertainment, ecology and humanities, and to build the Triumph Kingdom into the aircraft carrier of amusement parks in northern China. Tourist attractions in the scenic area include Rapid Phantom, Hurricane Passage, Crazy Circus, Magic Windmill, Thunderbolt Rock, U-Disco, Master and Commander, Pirate Training Camp, Somali Storm, Space Base, Wonderland, Free Jellyfish, Little Architect, Flying Amazon, Hunting Tribe, U-Roller Coaster, Speed Rush, 4D Light and Shadow, Carousel, Bumper Car, Spin Cup, Spinning Slide, Top Gun, Around the World, Pan's Labyrinth, Children's Sand, Trampoline, Cruise Ship, Tour Bus, Booth Game, Dream Theater and four small stage performances. The main landscapes in the scenic area include Triumphal Square, Triumphal Avenue, Arc de Triomphe, Building Block House, Peach Blossom Island, Water Curtain, Tree House, Mayan Architecture, and Dream Theater.
