Wanfangting Park
Wanfangting Park is located in the west of Xiluoyuan Community, Fengtai District, Beijing, and on the north side of the South Third Ring Road, covering an area of 10.6 hectares. It was originally a green space. According to research, this is the site of the villa of Yuan Liyuan Envoy. In early 1990, the Fengtai District People's Government decided to rebuild the park. The Fengtai District Municipal Garden Bureau carefully designed and constructed it, prepared the land and paved the road, planted flowers and trees, built antique archways and gates, antique pavilions and houses, and a children's playground. The construction started in March of that year, was completed in July, and officially opened to the public in October. The park is seizing the time to build a comprehensive business building with a construction area of 2,300 square meters, three floors above ground and one floor underground, and is conducting extensive investment promotion. At the same time, the park management office is also seeking funds and cooperation in many aspects in accordance with the approved overall planning plan of the park to carry out the next step of development and construction, such as the construction of swimming pools, tennis courts and other projects. While improving the infrastructure and surrounding environment, the park is also actively promoting itself, increasing the social visibility of Wanfangting Park, and establishing a good park image.
Beijing Strawberry Expo Park
The 500-acre area is divided into an international area and a domestic area, and a 3.8-kilometer-long strawberry landscape avenue is built. The comprehensive exhibition department of the strawberry conference has five theme exhibition areas: the international strawberry industry exhibition, the international strawberry customs exhibition, the strawberry science and culture exhibition, the Chinese strawberry technology exhibition, and the strawberry solar greenhouse exhibition. It focuses on displaying Chinese self-bred strawberry varieties, foreign strawberry varieties, wild strawberries, safflower strawberries, soil disinfection, three-dimensional cultivation, strawberry processing, and China's unique energy-saving solar greenhouse. After the conference, a strawberry technology demonstration and exhibition center, an agricultural leisure experience center, and a science and education activity center will be built, becoming a new place for Beijing citizens and surrounding people to relax, entertain, consume and experience.
