Because Qinyang was the seat of Huaiqing Prefecture in ancient times, business was developed and merchants gathered. Every day, merchants from various states and counties gathered here to wholesale meat to various places. Since then, donkey meat in Huaifu has become famous far and wide, and this alley has been named "Donkey Killing Alley", which has been passed down to this day and its reputation has spread more and more. The value of "Donkey Meat in Soup" lies in the soup. The so-called "noisy soup" is made by using traditional techniques to refine the old soup after boiling meat. The soup is rich in nutrients such as protein, collagen, vitamins, minerals, etc. that the human body needs. It is sweet and warm in nature. It can nourish blood and qi, nourish yin and strengthen yang, calm the mind and relieve troubles. It is a nutritious product for nourishing and fitness. Cooked donkey meat is delicious and has a salty and fragrant taste. The top-grade noisy soup is transparent and poured on the sliced cooked donkey meat. Its fragrance is long and mouth-watering.
