Chen-style Tai Chi is a Fangshan-level intangible cultural heritage project. It is an excellent style of boxing created by Mr. Feng Zhiqiang, a famous contemporary martial artist, a master of Tai Chi, and a proud disciple of the two masters, and is the essence of the lifelong martial arts of Mr. Chen Gongfa and Mr. Hu Gongyaozhen, a representative of Xinyi Liuhequan. Hunyuan Tai Chi is based on traditional Chen-style Tai Chi, and is based on the philosophy of Tai Chi Yin-Yang and the theory of Hunyuan kinematics. It integrates Tai Chi and Xinyiquan into one. During the practice, you can gradually achieve the whole body winding, inner winding and outer winding, control the six harmonies with your mind, use the six harmonies to connect your mind, connect the three joints, reach the four extremities, operate the five elements, and combine them into one qi, - strengthen the acquired nature with the innate nature, so as to achieve the superior kung fu of internal and external unity and Hunyuan unity. Chen Fake (1887-1957), the 17th generation inheritor of Chen-style Tai Chi, was named Fusheng. He was born in Chenjiagou, Wen County, Henan Province. He practiced the family kung fu Chen-style Tai Chi with his father Chen Yanxi since he was young. He is a representative figure of Chen-style Tai Chi in modern times and has made outstanding contributions to the development and spread of Tai Chi. In 1928, he was invited to Beijing to teach boxing. He combined hardness and softness, and used the techniques of picking, twisting, elbowing, leaning, grabbing, falling, throwing and hitting at the same time. He had excellent fighting skills. When fighting with others, he focused on winning the opponent and knocked the opponent out with his superb skills without being seen. - Zhen (1897-1973), a native of Yuci County, Shanxi Province. He studied medicine and martial arts since he was young, and also practiced the inner strength of Buddhism and Taoism. He was known as "Single Finger Shakes the Universe" and "Iron Palm Hu". He once learned Xinyi Liuhequan from Dai Wenjun of Qi County, Shanxi Province, and obtained the "Shoudongchenjiquan Pu". He practiced martial arts and medicine for decades without interruption, integrating the knowledge of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, martial arts and medicine, and wrote works such as "Wuji Acupuncture" and "Five Animals Qigong".
