It uses pig blood to paste paper to make wooden wine barrels, uses stone steamer barrels and wooden shovels to turn the dregs, uses tin to cool, and uses the traditional brewing process of clay kiln Ha Laowu steamer (Wannianxiang dregs). It uses sorghum and high-quality spring water as raw materials, and wheat-made koji as saccharification and fermentation agents. According to the different production processes of strong aroma and sauce aroma, it adopts the method of type fermentation, type aging, and careful blending, which is generally called the "two-step method".
