"Bayinjurihe Ula" is Mongolian, meaning the heart of the rich mountain. It is located in the north of Bayinjurihegacha, Guiliuhe Town, Horqin Right Front Banner, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia. Before the Bayinjurihe Ula sacrifice, the worshippers prepared offerings and utensils. On the morning of the sacrifice day, the worshippers walked for several hours to invite the "Mountain God" (mountain god statue) in the "Mountain God Temple" to the main Aobao on the top of the mountain. First, offer offerings to the mountain god, including nine kinds of offerings such as whole sheep and dairy products. After that, the worshippers knelt, chanted "Bayinjurihe Ula Praise", and recited the sacrifice-. After the ceremony, the worshippers circled the Aobao group three times in the direction of the sun, offering offerings, filling stones, and praying. After the ceremony on the mountain, the "Mountain God" will be invited to the "Mountain God Temple" and a ceremony will be held. Representatives of 10 Nutuks in the whole banner will offer offerings, kneel, and pray to the "Mountain God" in turn. After the whole process was over, people held Nadam activities in nearby Ulanmaodu Sumu and other places. The Bayingu Rihe Wula Festival is a complete folk cultural phenomenon and an important manifestation of traditional culture. It has far-reaching significance and value for the protection and inheritance of the local ecological environment and traditional culture. In 2021, the Bayingu Rihe Wula Festival was announced by the State Council as the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.
