Leleqiang is a kind of folk opera inherited from the Li family of Longzheng Village, Yuanshi County and popular in the local area. Its performance form is similar to Beijing Opera, Ping Opera, Bangzi Opera, etc., but its singing style is unique and its music rhythm is beautiful. It has not been found to have a deep origin with any existing opera. Leleqiang has no written records, but is passed down orally. At present, it can be traced back to 9 generations. Leleqiang has a complete set of civil and military scenes. The main instruments are four strings of the main string, accompanied by erhu, banhu, flute, etc., and percussion instruments include bangu, hand board, big gong, hand hairpin, small gong, bangzi, and hall drum. Although its singing style is unique, there are no more written records of music rhythm, and it has been passed down orally. The style of this opera is monotonous, with only the first board (slow board) and the second board, but the third board is the same tune. There are also several original singing styles such as variable tune, plum blossom tune, rushing stage, crying head, flower tone, reading letter, etc. Traditional repertoires include "Luoqun Ji", "Cuiping Mountain", "Jinyuzhu", "Splitting the Mountain to Save Mother", etc., with a total of more than 30 pieces. Later, new rehearsals were made such as "Yang Bajie's Spring Outing", "The Legend of the White Snake", and "Wen Xishi". The tunes of Leleqiang are gentle and beautiful. In terms of performance procedures, they are almost the same as Peking Opera. In terms of repertoires, there are both civil and martial arts, and a combination of big and small, and everything from sadness to joy. It suits the tastes of audiences from all walks of life, so Leleqiang can maintain its performance for hundreds of years. Leleqiang has distinct artistic characteristics and a broad mass base. The excavation and sorting of Leleqiang has obvious artistic value, academic value and market value. At present, Leleqiang lacks successors. Some old actors have passed away one after another. The new generation is not very enthusiastic about continuing to inherit this type of drama. If it is not rescued now, this unique drama will disappear forever.
