Massage therapy is a traditional medicine project of the fifth batch of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage at the municipal level in Lianyungang City. Xingyi Wuyi Massage has been passed down in Guanyun County for more than 100 years. In 1908, Ma Jifu, a native of Yishan Town, Guanyun County, traveled between Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, etc. for business. In Hebei, he met Mr. Li Cunyi and learned Xingyiquan and Xingyi Wuyi Massage from Mr. Li. He then passed on the skills to his son Ma Bingqi, who then passed on the skills to Ma Qiang, Ma Shifeng, and Ma Shichao. In 1986, the three brothers of the Ma family went to Shenzhou City, Hebei Province to worship Mr. Song Guangyin, a Xingyi master, as their teacher, and systematically learned Xingyi Wuyi Massage and Xingyiquan weapons. Ma Qiang opened a massage school in Yishan Town, Guanyun to teach. Due to the impact of Western medicine, the popularity of traditional Wuyi Massage is not high, and it still needs to be promoted and popularized. 1. Wuyi Massage originated from the martial arts crowd and is closely related to martial arts. It is mostly used for bone injuries and traumatic injuries. 2. The practitioner of massage mainly reviews martial arts, and must have a certain foundation in martial arts. Only after practicing both internal and external skills can the strength be used freely to achieve the purpose of improving the therapeutic effect. 3. Martial arts massage can not only cure diseases, but also improve the body and prevent diseases. It is used to eliminate fatigue, restore physical strength, relax blood vessels, and strengthen confinement. 4. The methods and acupoints of martial arts massage are the same as those of general massage and acupuncture. There are also some special acupoints that are not included in acupuncture books and are only passed on orally among martial artists. Among them, the method of strong piercing of special acupoints is mastered by even fewer people. 5.
