Douyifang Pubao tea making technique is a traditional skill project in the fifth batch of representative projects of municipal intangible cultural heritage. It started in the eighth year of Emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty (1869) by the founder Zhao Taiyuan, and has a history of more than 150 years. The product is made through 22 strict traditional processes such as soaking, grinding, boiling, filtering, pouring, and pressing. No preservatives or vegetarians are added.
